ABOUT US
My name is Inger Leppäjoki and I live in a quiet place in the forest by the lake Fullhövden with my partner Janne, our dogs and our cat, 35 km from the city of Halmstad on the west coast of Sweden. My daughter Anna and I are partners in Vallklanen and we are breeders of bearded collie and puli.
When I was young I grew up with german shepherds and my father had a few litters at home. We also had the pleasure to take care of a bearded collie bitch called Braids Cassandra in the mid 1970’s and since then the bearded collie has had a special place in my heart.
In the summer of 2007 I brought home our bearded collie Sally (CH Breaker Choice for Victory) and the year after Wilma (Breaker Dazzling Black Beauty). They are the founding bitches at Vallklanen. We had our first beardie litter in 2010 and have now had the pleasure to see several generations grow up. In 2018 we brought home Lucy (CH Moonflower of Windmill House) from Hungary which led us to continue breeding with a new line.
We got our first puli in 2011. Ester (CH Impeccable Fourth Miss Congeniality) has been an exceptional dog with great success in the show rings and a lovely temper, as has her offspring that we have kept here at Vallklanen. We have only bred puli in a very small scale, with only three litters.
In 2022 a new breed was added to our pack. We got a Jack Russell terrier called Sisu (Storylines Less i more) and later Poppy (Whistlewoods Another Ticket). As for now they are mascots, but if everything goes well we might consider breeding terriers in the future.
We like to be active with our dogs and have done activities like obedience, rally obedience, herding, agility and tracking. We enjoy going to dog shows. The most important thing is to have fun together with the dogs.

”Vega” SE UCH DK UCH NO UCH Vallklanens Sensational Selene and ”Valle” SE UCH DK UCH Vallklanens Old Ben Lomond got 8 puppies.
Valle is a almost 13 year old dog that has always been healthy and has a lovely temper. He had three litters before and this will be his final one. Vega is almost 3 and also has a great temper as well. Both of them have HD A and clear elbows.
